You are kindly requested to vacate your room by 11.00am departure date, should you require a late checkout, please contact the reception a day in advance.

A “ Do not disturb “ sign is available in your room to be placed outside your door. For those guests wishing not to receive telephone calls, please contact the reception.

Lost meals

Any not taken meals, cannot be replaced to another day.

Daily cleanliness of public areas, change bedsheets every 2 days, change of room towels daily.

Food

It is not permitted to bring food from the outside into the hotel and also prohibited to take food outside the restaurant from breakfast and dinner buffets( i.e. fruits-desserts).

Available in your bathroom.

Available in rooms, public areas and internet corner, all free of charge.

Keys

Once you enter the room, place your key in the special plug in order to get electricity in the room. In the event of losing your room, there will be a charge.

We suggest you to leave the valuables in your room safe. Management is unable to accept any responsibility for articles of value left in your room.

Guests are kindly requested not to take room towels or blankets to the pool or to the beach. Please help saving the environment
